To celebrate the launch, a Meet&Greet event was organized with top German gaming influencers StandartSkill & iCriMax at “Backstage” Munich.
This was the final phase of an elaborated digital campaign, which started with the promotions of a “mystery box”, asking curious social media users to guess what it included. 

The reveal of the 3 flavors from Hype’s product line happened a few hours before the Meet&Greet, and its imminent availability was heavily promoted by a range of influencers with different fanbase sizes.

Over thousands of fans had the unique opportunity to meet their gaming idols, with photo sessions and signed merchandise.  
Sampling took place with positive feedback and sparked curiosity to discover what Hype Energy brand is all about.

Later in the evening, the official Launch Party took place at the prestigious Filmcasino-DinnerClub München

Guests were kept entertained with a diverse set of activities. An Innovation Booth was also set up to give everyone an exclusive insider’s look at Hype’s new, unreleased product innovations.
The Launch event was a real success, attracting over 1000 guests throughout the night.
The digital campaign generated over 12 million impressions, with 265,000 unique interactions.

2019 has been a busy year for Hype Energy in Egypt. 

Following the launch of Enlite (Extra Low Calorie), at the end of the second quarter, Hype Energy officially announced the arrival of the Hype Energy Twisted line, comprised of Cherry Punch and Tropical Punch flavors.

The addition of the El Salvadorian surfer builds on Hype Energy’s existing Athlete Team in Latin America.

Hype Energy has a strong history of supporting the surf community and with this addition to the Athlete Team, the energy drink brand continues to demonstrate support of local athletes and talented youngsters.

Becoming a pro surfer in El Salvador is no easy task, where the surf scene is still developing, but Bryan Perez’s talent and hard work have paid off. First on a board at age 9 and winning national championships by 14, the talented El Salvadorian’s potential was clear at from the start.

At age 16 he competed in California at the ISA World Surfing Games before a knee injury created a setback, but his passion for surfing proved too much and Bryan is now back competing. Still only 19, Bryan is already a two-time National Champion and well on his way to representing El Salvador at international QS competitions.

Driven by his long term goal of competing in the World Surf League and creating a positive impact in his local community, Bryan will be working harder than ever in 2019 to make his dreams a reality, and Hype Energy is proud to be supporting his goals.

The launch of Hype Energy in Guatemala increases presence in Latin America.

Hype Energy is excited to continue to expand its availability in Latin America with the introduction of the iconic MFP, Sugar Free and UP flavors to Guatemala. The new distribution agreement brings the premium energy drinks to the country for the first time.

Kicking things off was a launch party at Akua Flowboarding in the nation’s capital, with influencers and local celebrities joined to see the Live Hard lifestyle in action. VR, live music and flowboarding were on hand to keep the party flowing whilst guests sampled the three flavors and specially prepared cocktails.

The Final event of the 2018 New Balance F1 Esports Pro Series saw third slip away from Hype Energy eForce India.

On the final night of racing it was all to play for in the 2018 F1 Esports Pro Series, Hype Energy eForce India were right in the mix as they chased down third position in the championship. Four races across two days including a 50% race in Abu Dhabi would conclude the championship. Germany, Singapore and COTA would make up the other three races, with COTA and Abu Dhabi broadcast live from the Gfinity Esports Arena. eForce India’s closest rivals in the race for third were Sauber and Red Bull, however the F1 Esports Pro Series is known for throwing up surprises and so it came to be by the end of the 2018 championship.

Friday’s racing at Germany saw Fabrizio Donoso Delgado and Marcel Kiefer line up on the grid, a strong race from Donoso had him come home in 4th while Kiefer would squeeze into the points in 9th. With Singapore up next and the tight twisty track providing the anti-thesis to the classic German track the team decided to field Mads S?rensen in place of Donoso. Kiefer’s pace shone through as he started 4th on the grid, battled hard and brought it home on the podium, his third of the season for Hype Energy eForce India. S?rensen would have to have to deal with damage on lap one and couldn’t make it into the points.

The results of Friday’s racing put eForce India ahead of Sauber and Red Bull Racing with just two races to go. However the double points race in Abu Dhabi would play a key role in the championship.

Saturday night would kick off with Circuit of the Americas, broadcast live on the official stream, a favourite amongst the drivers and a track with plenty of overtaking opportunities. Starting 6th and 10th it looked like Kiefer and Donoso would be able to score more points but a bad start for Donoso dropped him back, from where he was never able to fully recover, 14th place at the flag for the young Chilean. Kiefer was battling the entire race, involved in a multi car fight for the spots just outside the podium, however a penalty for multiple track limit warnings would put paid to any chance of a good points haul. His final finish of 7th an opportunity missed in the tight championship fight.

For the final race of the evening, and of the series, the 2018 F1 Esports Pro Series would visit Abu Dhabi, scene of last year’s epic battle between Donoso and eventual championship winner Brendon Leigh. A 50% race, bringing more strategic elements into play and offering double points for whoever could make it into the points.

Kiefer started 7th with Donoso just behind in 9th, however a huge crash on lap 1 saw damage to Kiefer’s car and pushed him to the back of the field, leaving him with a mountain to climb if he was to finish in the points. While the battling up front would take centre stage Marcel was working his way through the field while Donoso tried to negotiate traffic, aware that every point was critical in the championship fight. The double points of the race came to bite as McLaren and Sauber both finished higher up the field, McLaren would surprise the field with a 60 point swing, benefiting from a battle for 1st amongst Mercedes and Toro Rosso. At the chequered flag it would be eForce India who lost out, pipped to third by Sauber and overtaken by McLaren at the last hurdle, 5th place in the championship the final spot for the team.

2018 has seen the F1 Esports Pro Series go from strength to strength, with a more competitive field than ever and action across all three live events, Hype Energy eForce India has been in the thick of it and can look back at a successful season competition on the global stage.

Hype Energy Drinks was a proud sponsor of two teams for the 2018 EU Touring Car Racing Series, Autodis Racing by Piro Sport and Autodis Racing by THX.

A livery redesign, taking inspiration from the motorsports heritage of Hype Energy, helped make sure the teams were the focus of the paddock.

Autodis Racing by Piro Sport and Autodis Racing by THX would be carrying the famous Hype Energy logo throughout the season, Piro Sport brining home 9th place in the championship while THX Racing would miss out on a top ten finish, eventually having to settle for 13th.

Despite the final finishing positions, the teams supported by Hype Energy definitely made things tough on the track for the competition.

The 2nd live event of the F1 New Balance Esports Pro Series took place at Paul Ricard, Silverstone and Spa-Francorchamps.

A lot of energy was felt through the wet French qualifiers, with Marcel Kiefer qualifying in P4, finishing the race in fifth position.

Mads S?rensen was ahead for a brief moment due to an alternative strategy, but unfortunately suffered a track-limit penalty, finishing the race in P12.

2nd event of the 2018 F1 New Balance Esports Pro Series

The second qualifying session represented a big opportunity for Hype Energy eForce India.

With the weather clearing up, Fabrizio Donoso Delgado returned to the car to qualify in P2 with Marcel Kiefer right behind in P4.

With Donoso in the lead after overtaking championship leader Brendon Leigh on the Hangar Straight, he suffered a 5 second penalty due to speeding in the pits, which resulted in a total penalty of 15 seconds. With no hope to recover, Donoso finished his second race in P14.

Kiefer went ahead and battled it out with Salih Saltunc, before being involved in a collision. He was still able to claim P3, securing his second podium of the season.

The 3rd and final race started strong with Donoso in P3.

Unfortunately another time penalty of three-seconds due to exceeding track limits meant that he had to settle for P7. Kiefer faced damage to his car in the opening stages, which lead to him finishing outside the points.

Through an eventful 2nd event, Hype Energy eForce India is now one point away from 3rd position in the 2018 Championship.
